If you have hit a hump in your Australian visa/migration application process and need to ask a question, this is the service for you.

How it works:

• Add “Ask a Question” to your cart and accept Terms and Conditions of Use.
• Proceed through Google checkout to pay the $25 fee.
• Once your payment is received, you will be emailed a question form.  Please make sure that your email and contact details are correct during the checkout process as this system is automated.  If you do NOT provide the correct details, we will be unable to contact you.
• You will receive an email reply to your question within 24 hours of your payment going through Google checkout.

Things to note:

• AskQuokka.com reserves the right not to respond to questions that:
•  relate to non-migration matters; or
• are not submitted in English; or
• are not appropriate.

• If multiple questions are submitted in one session, AskQuokka.com reserves the right to answer only the first question.

• As soon as payment is received, you (the Client) are deemed to have engaged the service of AskQuokka.com.  As such, payments are non-refundable.

Tips for asking a question: 

• When asking a question, please make sure it is an open ended question. i.e. What, Why, How, Who, When.
• Provide as much information as possible.
