How it works:

• Add “Schedule a Consultation” to your cart and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use.
• Proceed through Google Checkout.  Please make sure that your contact details are correct to ensure we are able to contact you.
• Pick from available consultation times.
• Fill out the pre-consultation form.

Things to note:

• As soon as payment is received, you (the Client) are deemed to have engaged the service of AskQuokka.com. As such, payments are non-refundable.
• If you cannot make the scheduled time, you need to reschedule at least 24 hours before the appointment time. You will forfeit your paid fee if you fail to do so. This rescheduling policy is strictly enforced.
