How it works
Four screens, and nothing to fill in on any of them.
Today
A ranked shortlist of what needs a person. Two lines each: what happened, and why it matters. When nothing needs you it says so, rather than inventing a list.
Deals
Every deal, ordered by what needs attention first, not a board you drag cards around. Open one and every belief is clickable through to the sentence in the email that proves it, with the whole thread underneath.
Drafts
Follow-ups already written, in your voice, in the right thread. Exact recipient, exact subject, exact words. You edit if you want and press send. Nothing sends itself, ever.
Forecast
A number with its workings attached: the deals behind it, the sentence that gives each figure, and an honest list of what was excluded and why. Deals with no agreed number are left out, not guessed at.
What it can and cannot see
Reads: work email, calendar, one call-transcript tool, and your CRM read-only.
Cannot read: phone calls, text messages, WhatsApp, and anything said in a corridor. Every summary ends by telling you what it could not see, because a confident answer built on a gap is worse than no answer.
Never reads: personal, medical, financial and job-related mail. Those are excluded before anything opens them.
