Nobody updates the CRM. So we stopped asking.
Quokka reads the email your team already sends and rebuilds your pipeline from it. Every number it shows you links back to the sentence in the email that proves it.
Start with Gmail, Calendar and privacy-minimised Drive activity, or import a CSV from your CRM. Your original CRM records stay unchanged.
Tuesday 12 August
Morning, Sam.
Nobody from Acme’s finance team is on any email yet
Sarah has mentioned David needs to approve, twice. In the last 8 deals you won, finance was on the thread by week 3. This one is at week 5. Both deals where finance never appeared were lost.
You promised Castille revised terms by Friday
Your CRM only knows what someone typed into it.
So it is always behind
The deal moved on Tuesday. The CRM found out on Friday, if it found out at all.
So it is always thin
A field says $24,000. It does not say who agreed to it, when, or whether they have gone quiet since.
So your team resents it
Every hour spent filing notes is an hour not spent selling. Everyone knows it.
Quokka reads the work instead of asking about it.
It reads what already happened
Email, calendar, meeting notes received by email, and CRM exports you upload. Header filters remove recognised newsletters, receipts and auto-replies before their message bodies are opened.
It works out what changed
What a deal is worth, what happens next, what was promised and by whom. Each of those is stored with a link to the exact message it came from.
It tells you what needs a person
Not a list of everything. A ranked few: this went quiet, you promised this and did not send it, this deal is missing the person your won deals all had by now.
It writes the follow-up
Review the words and recipient before sending in the existing thread. Only the connected mailbox owner can approve the reply.
The part no CRM can copy
Quokka has read every deal your company ever won and lost. So it does not give you generic sales advice. It compares this deal to your own history.
“In the last 8 deals you won, someone from finance was on the thread by week 3. This one is at week 5, and nobody from finance has appeared.”
HubSpot cannot say that. It only knows what people typed. Quokka knows what actually happened, because it read it.
Nothing without a receipt
Every fact Quokka stores links back to the message that proves it. If it cannot show you where something came from, it does not store it, and it tells you plainly when it does not know.
Which also means your forecast has its workings attached. Every number, the deal behind it, and the sentence in an email that gives that figure.
What it is worth
$24,000
“We’re happy with the $24k figure, I just need David to approve it.”
