Questions people actually ask
- Do we have to leave our current CRM?
- No. Most people start with Quokka reading their CRM and showing them what it has wrong. Nothing changes in the CRM. Plenty of teams stay in that arrangement for months.
- What happens to our data if we leave?
- Nothing, because it was never ours. Quokka reads your email; your email stays where it is. There is no export to fight over and nothing held hostage.
- Is everyone in the company charged?
- Only the people connected to it. A five-person sales team inside a fifty-person company is five.
- Can a manager see everything?
- A manager sees deals and results by owner. Quokka never records hours worked, response times, or activity counts, and it cannot be configured to. That is a product decision, not a setting.
