Zoho CRM Pricing: Plans and Team Costs (2026)

On this page
Zoho CRM pricing starts at $14 per user per month for Standard with annual billing, or $20 with monthly billing. The billing term changes a ten-user Standard budget by $720 a year. This guide is for US founders and sales managers budgeting for teams of 5 to 20 people.
The free edition supports three users, so it doesn't cover the full teams modeled below. The plan and billing term determine your yearly budget, and optional support can increase it. The guide compares paid editions, yearly bills, support, and the separate Zoho CRM Plus bundle.
Quokka offers another approach for Gmail sales teams at $49 a month for the whole workspace. Quokka is our product. Choose the paid capabilities you need before comparing the total bill.
Zoho CRM pricing by edition
Prices checked on October 13, 2026. All prices are USD before local taxes and optional extras. The official edition comparison lists these billing options. Zoho's pricing calculator also shows the annual US dollar rates.
| Zoho CRM edition | Per user/month, billed annually | Per user/month, monthly billing |
|---|---|---|
| Free edition | $0, up to 3 users | $0, up to 3 users |
| Standard | $14 | $20 |
| Professional | $23 | $35 |
| Enterprise | $40 | $50 |
| Ultimate | $52 | $65 |

These are full CRM user prices, rather than restricted Team User licenses. The table covers US USD editions. Regional plans and currencies shown elsewhere on Zoho's site shouldn't be substituted into a US budget.
Annual billing reduces the monthly equivalent, but it also changes how you pay. Multiply the annual rate by twelve when comparing a yearly subscription. A displayed $14 rate means $168 per user for the year.
What 5, 10 and 20 users cost per year
The table assumes every person needs the same full CRM license. It excludes taxes, optional support, storage upgrades, and separate apps. Choose the row with the features your sales team needs.
| Plan, annual billing | 5 users/year | 10 users/year | 20 users/year |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $840 | $1,680 | $3,360 |
| Professional | $1,380 | $2,760 | $5,520 |
| Enterprise | $2,400 | $4,800 | $9,600 |
| Ultimate | $3,120 | $6,240 | $12,480 |
For ten users on Standard, $14 multiplied by ten is $140 a month equivalent. Multiplying by twelve gives $1,680. Use that same calculation for any team size.
Twenty people on Professional cost $460 a month equivalent, paid annually. That's $5,520 a year before extras. A company with twenty employees may need fewer full CRM users, so count the actual sales roles.
What changes with monthly billing?
Monthly billing uses the higher rate in the first table. Ten Standard users cost $200 a month, or $2,400 across twelve months. The difference from annual billing is $720 for that team size.
Ten Professional users cost $350 a month, or $4,200 across twelve monthly payments. Enterprise is $500 a month for ten, and Ultimate is $650. Those totals let you compare payment flexibility with the annual discount.
| Plan, 10 users | Annual-billing subscription | Twelve monthly payments | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $1,680 | $2,400 | $720 |
| Professional | $2,760 | $4,200 | $1,440 |
| Enterprise | $4,800 | $6,000 | $1,200 |
| Ultimate | $6,240 | $7,800 | $1,560 |
These differences are arithmetic from the published rates. They aren't an extra discount offer. Use the billing option you intend to buy when approving the budget.
What each paid plan is for
Zoho CRM is configurable CRM software for managing customer records and sales work. Its strength is letting a team shape records, rules, and reports around its business needs. The useful edition depends on what you need to configure.
The feature comparison separates included features and limits by edition. Check the specific feature before treating the next tier as necessary. A long feature list doesn't tell you which ones your reps will use.
Standard for contact management and deal tracking
Standard covers contacts, accounts, deals, multiple sales pipelines, workflow rules, and sales forecasting. It also supports email integration. Zoho described its addition to Standard in the official Q2 2025 update.
This is a practical starting point when a manager knows the sales process and wants to configure it. Define which custom fields matter, who owns a record, and what each stage means. Keep the choices close to the decisions the team makes each week.
Zoho CRM starts with the selected edition's included features and limits. Check standard reports, calendar integration, and mobile apps against how your reps work. A plan should help the team track deals without adding unused configuration.
Try the intended workflow with a current deal before buying. Check whether the email history, amount, owner, and next action are understandable. Then note what the rep still has to update.
Professional for process management and inventory
The Professional plan adds process controls, including Blueprint. Blueprint defines the allowed steps and transitions in a process. Zoho's Blueprint documentation explains how it guides users through those choices.
Professional also includes inventory management features. Check products, quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders against the edition. Don't assume a CRM feature replaces every accounting or inventory system your company already uses.
At ten users, Professional adds $1,080 a year to Standard on annual billing. The reason to pay that difference should be a required process or feature. Test that requirement rather than upgrading for unspecified future needs.
Enterprise for custom modules and more control
Enterprise adds customization and control beyond Professional. Custom modules let a team create additional record types for its work. Territory management helps structure ownership across defined sales areas or groups.
This can suit a company with information that doesn't fit the standard contact and deal records. Map the relationships first and confirm which controls the Enterprise tier supplies. Also identify who will maintain the configuration.
If external users need customer portals, check the allowed access and associated limits. For testing changes, assess the required sandbox environment. A developer sandbox or other test setup should be chosen around the changes your administrator plans to make.
Enterprise includes Zia, Zoho's AI assistant, with predictive analysis capabilities listed in the edition comparison. Higher-tier AI features also have specific requirements and limits. Check the feature you intend to use against the current documentation.
Ultimate for higher feature limits
Ultimate costs $52 per user per month with annual billing, or $65 with monthly billing. Its value comes from the included capabilities and expanded feature limits. Compare the exact limit you need with Enterprise before paying more.
For ten users, Ultimate adds $1,440 a year to Enterprise on annual billing. A higher allowance can be useful when a team reaches an existing limit. It doesn't remove the need to choose which CRM records and reports belong in the system.
Outgrowing a tier's field, record, or workflow limits can block work the team needs to do. Check which higher edition addresses that constraint. Confirm how migration assistance and advanced analytics apply to your account.
Zoho CRM free edition
Zoho CRM Free supports up to three users. It includes basic lead, contact, account, and deal records. That can suit a founder or a small group beginning to organize customer data.
A five-person selling team exceeds its user limit. The next decision is which paid edition covers the team's work. Don't divide a team across unrelated accounts to make a free plan appear to cover shared selling.
The free plan also has narrower features and limits than paid editions. Use the comparison to check email integration, reporting, and automation requirements. A user limit and a feature requirement can each lead to a paid subscription.
Zoho CRM Plus pricing
Zoho CRM Plus is a separate bundle for customer-facing teams. Its official pricing page lists the Enterprise bundle at $57 per user per month billed annually, or $69 month to month in USD. Prices checked on October 13, 2026.
CRM Plus combines sales with services such as help desk, live chat, projects, surveys, marketing, and analytics. Its app list includes Zoho CRM, Desk, SalesIQ, Projects, Campaigns, Social, Survey, and Zoho Analytics. Check the current bundle and included limits against the work each team will do.
| CRM Plus Enterprise | 5 users | 10 users | 20 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly equivalent, annual billing | $285 | $570 | $1,140 |
| Annual subscription | $3,420 | $6,840 | $13,680 |
| Month-to-month subscription | $345 | $690 | $1,380 |
The annual bundle rate is $17 per user per month above standalone CRM Enterprise. For ten users, that is $2,040 more per year. Assess whether the included apps replace subscriptions your company needs.
Marketing automation and email marketing
The bundle's marketing tools serve a different job from maintaining a sales opportunity. Decide whether marketing teams need email campaigns, customer journeys, or visitor tracking. Map each requirement to the current included app and its limits.
Standalone CRM pricing shouldn't be treated as the price for every marketing automation tool in the Zoho family. Likewise, buying a broader bundle doesn't mean every marketing use case has unlimited capacity. Check the allowance for the intended contacts and actions.
Project management and support teams
Zoho Projects handles project work within the CRM Plus offering. Desk and SalesIQ address support tickets and customer conversations. These can matter when a sale passes into delivery or ongoing support.
Identify which teams need those apps and which records they share. A larger suite is easier to justify when those customer interactions are part of the planned workflow. Avoid buying it solely to make a simple sales pipeline more expensive.
CRM Plus versus Zoho One
Zoho One is another bundle with its own licensing approach. It's broader than the CRM Plus comparison here. Don't assume a standalone CRM price or CRM Plus rate gives access to every Zoho app.
If you're comparing multiple Zoho apps, obtain the current Zoho One quote for your employee and license requirements. Compare included editions, deployment needs, and license coverage. This guide doesn't insert an unverified Zoho One price into the calculation.
Add-ons and extra costs
Your Zoho CRM cost can include full users, restricted users, optional support, extra storage, and separate apps. The base edition is only one budget line. Review the official quote against the jobs each person needs to perform.
Data migration and implementation work also belong in your first-year budget. Existing fields and automations need to be checked against the new configuration. Include any paid implementation service in the comparison rather than treating the subscription as the total cost of ownership.
Team User licenses
Zoho's Team User FAQ lists $9 per Team User license per month when paid annually. These licenses focus on team modules with restricted access elsewhere. They don't provide the same access as full CRM users.
Assess them for non-sales colleagues who work in the relevant modules. Don't budget every sales rep at the Team User rate without checking permissions. The full-user tables above deliberately keep those licenses separate.
Classic support and paid support plans
Classic support is included by default with paid editions. Zoho's support pricing lists Premium at 20% of the subscription fee. Enterprise support is 25% of the annual fee, with a minimum of 50 user licenses.
For ten Professional users billed annually, the base is $2,760 a year. At 20%, Premium adds $552, making $3,312 before other extras. Check the quote's calculation and support terms before approving it.
Enterprise support's 50-license minimum falls outside the 5-to-20-user examples in this guide. The support plan and Enterprise CRM edition are different purchases. Buying that CRM edition doesn't automatically buy the support plan with the same name.
Data storage, integrations, and setup
Check record and file storage against the information you plan to import. Email attachments and historical data can change that requirement. Ask how additional capacity is priced if the included allowance won't cover it.
Growing businesses should also check reporting hierarchy and follow up reminders against their daily work. If the requirement is unlimited reports or web to case forms, find the relevant limit on the subscription page. A request for payment collection needs its own product and integration check.
Integrations can require licenses in the connected product as well. Google Ads integration, QuickBooks integration, telephony, or Zoho Mail requirements should be checked against the exact plan and connected service. An integration name alone doesn't establish the total cost.
Setup includes field choices, imports, permissions, and workflow automation. Assign an owner to those choices and ask separately about implementation services. Don't assume free onboarding covers every bespoke deployment or configuration request.
Is Zoho CRM worth it?
Zoho CRM can be worth the subscription when a team needs configurable records and process controls at a per-user rate. Standard offers a lower starting price, while Professional and higher editions address additional requirements. The useful choice depends on the work the team will own.
Write down the repetitive tasks your team wants to automate. Then check the included trigger, action, and limit. A workflow only helps if its conditions match the records and someone maintains it.
Also assess the ongoing data entry. A team may value the configuration and still need a clear owner for each update. CRM adoption explains why that responsibility deserves attention alongside license cost.

The products have different feature bundles. Quokka's advantage here is a pipeline built from the conversations the team already has. Open a deal value or next step and see the email sentence it came from.
Quokka drafts follow-up emails in the right thread for a person to edit, approve, and send. Managers see the deals and amounts behind the forecast, and deals and results by owner. Its Today view explains which opportunities need attention.
