Email signature questions
Can I save my signature and use it later?
Yes. Use the explicit account-save controls to save, load or delete your signature while signed in. The saved value includes your details, selected layout and attribution choice. You can still build and copy a signature without an account.
Will my signature include AskQuokka branding?
Only if you choose Add a Made with AskQuokka link. Attribution is optional and off by default. Your own booking link works independently of that choice.
Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. You can build and copy a signature without an account. Ask Quokka CRM is also free, with no card, subscription or trial expiry.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?
The signature uses inline styling and a table layout designed for email. Paste the formatted signature into your email app's signature editor, then send yourself a test message. Fonts, spacing and dark-mode colours can vary between apps and versions.
What is the difference between the three copy options?
Copy signature puts formatted HTML and a plain-text alternative on supported clipboards. Copy HTML gives you the source code for an editor that explicitly accepts HTML. Copy plain text removes the visual layout and works in text-only editors.
Can I add a meeting booking link?
Yes. Paste an existing public booking URL into the optional Booking link field. The signature adds a Book a meeting link. You can use your current scheduling service; this generator does not create a booking page.
Do you save my contact details?
Building and copying use this browser tab’s memory. You can explicitly save a signature to your signed-in Ask Quokka account, then load or delete it using the account controls. Saving sends your details to Ask Quokka for that purpose. Details are never included in tool analytics. Without an explicit save, reloading restores the example.
Can I add a logo or a headshot?
This version uses text and links only. That keeps signatures small and avoids external image requests, broken images and tracking pixels. Your email app may offer additional image options after pasting.
