Your content review

Paste an email or load the example. The review highlights wording and formatting to check, with suggestions you can use in your draft.

This is a content review. It does not check authentication, sending reputation, blocklists or where a message will land.

Keep track of the replies.

Ask Quokka turns connected Gmail conversations into a sales pipeline, with follow-up drafts for you to review.

A few checks before you send.

1. Paste the message

Include the subject if you have one. The checker reviews the text as it is and keeps your draft unchanged.

2. Review the findings

Replace template fields, check reply prefixes and decide whether the writing suggestions fit your message.

3. Edit and check again

Make changes in the editor and run a fresh check. Content is one part of sending an accurate, relevant email.

For Gmail’s requirements on authentication, accurate subjects and visible links, read the official email sender guidelines.

Email content questions

Will this tell me if an email will go to spam?

It reviews the text you paste for specific writing and formatting issues. It does not send a test email or inspect inboxes, reputation, authentication or recipient preferences. A clean content review is not a delivery guarantee.

Are certain words always spam triggers?

Context matters. This tool highlights a small set of promotional phrases as writing suggestions. A phrase appearing in a message does not establish that an inbox provider will mark it as spam.

Do you save my email?

The analysis runs in your browser. The tool does not send the subject, body or findings to Ask Quokka or an external analysis service. It keeps no saved drafts after you leave or reload. Optional analytics measures fixed actions, never your email contents.

Can this inspect an HTML email?

You can paste HTML source, but it is reviewed as text. The tool does not render the message, load images, open links or analyse the final layout. Check the rendered version in your email app as well.

How can I check my sending domain?

Use the SPF, DKIM and DMARC checkers to inspect public authentication records. Those tools look at DNS configuration; they do not prove that a specific message passed authentication.
