Free sales tool
Free email finder
Find email addresses a company has published on its own website. See the source for each address and check possible name matches without guessing.
Public website discovery. Source links included. Inbox availability is not verified.
Find an address published by the company.
Search a limited set of public pages on its website. Every address shown includes its source. We do not guess email patterns or test whether an inbox can receive mail.
Check an email address for free
Check the format, public mail records, likely domain typos and a local disposable-email list. No account or API key needed. A mailbox can still be missing even when these checks pass.
Start with the source.
1. Enter the company domain
Use a domain such as example.com. Add a name if you want to highlight possible matches among the addresses found.
2. Review the public evidence
Open the exact source page to understand the address’s context. Check whether it is a general inbox, a specific person or a department.
3. Copy the useful details
Keep the source alongside the address. Use accurate context and confirm identity and relevance before contacting someone.
Email finder questions
Does this finder use AI or a paid contact database?
No. This free finder reads public company pages with normal code. It does not call an AI service or a paid contact database. AskQuokka’s separate AI writing tools still use their existing AI connection.
How does it find addresses?
Enter a company domain and optionally a name. The finder checks up to four public HTTPS pages, including linked contact, about and legal pages. It reads literal address text and contact links, with a source page for every result. It does not guess addresses or prove a mailbox exists.
Why can the email domain differ from the website?
A company may publish a contact link using another domain or a hosted email address. We include an explicit email link found on the company website and label the different domain. That listing does not confirm affiliation, identity or mailbox ownership.
Why are there no results?
A website can use forms, images or JavaScript instead of readable addresses. Access challenges, robots.txt rules and request limits may also prevent scanning. If no pages could be checked, the result says addresses could not be assessed. If pages were checked, an empty result only describes those pages.
What does Possible name match mean?
The address was found on a page and its text resembles the name supplied. It is not a confirmed identity, employment record or verified mailbox.
What is shared or saved?
The domain and optional name go to AskQuokka, which reads public company pages. No API key or account is needed. This search does not send those details to AI or a contact database. Compact public results and source links may be stored encrypted in a shared cache for matching searches, for up to 24 hours from the original check; partial results expire sooner. Expired entries are removed during later searches. Raw page HTML, the optional name and private CRM data are not stored in this cache. Tool inputs and results remain excluded from analytics.
Can I export the results?
Copy an address or report, or download CSV and text reports. Exports keep the exact source links and warnings about different domains and unconfirmed mailboxes.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no AI or paid-provider charge per search. Page, time and request limits keep normal hosting usage low. The basic email checker below also works without AI or a paid verification service.
