Choose a subject that matches the email

  1. 1. Describe the actual offer

Enter the offer and intended outcome. The guided writer builds a company-led subject, an offer-led subject and an outcome-led subject.

  2. 2. Generate the whole message

Complete the required sender and message fields, then generate. This tool creates subjects with a body so you can check that they agree.

  3. 3. Select and edit

Choose any of the three subject buttons. Edit the selected subject in the subject field; copying uses that current value.

  4. 4. Check the implication

Remove misleading reply prefixes, invented urgency or claims absent from the body. Choose the clearest option for this recipient.

Subject options
• A thought for Example Services
• About a handover checklist
• An idea: keep handover details together

Hi Jamie,

If customer handovers miss important details, this may be relevant.

We offer a handover checklist to help the team at Example Services keep handover details together.

Would a sample checklist be useful?

Best,
Alex

Compare emphasis, not predicted opens

The three choices are writing options. They are not ranked by an open-rate model, and the generator does not test them against an audience.

Read subject and body together

A short subject still needs to set the right expectation. Use the content checker if you want to review placeholders, punctuation and misleading reply prefixes.

Questions

Does it score subject lines?

No. It provides three editable options, without an invented open rate or delivery prediction.

Can I copy only the subject?

Yes. Select an option, edit it if needed and choose Copy subject. Copy body and Copy full email remain available.

Can I use AI to rewrite the subjects?

The optional AI writer creates subjects and a body after consent, within AskQuokka's free allowance. Review its wording; AI does not know the recipient's needs.

Guided drafts stay in this tab. Optional AI writing processes the entered details only after consent, within the free allowance. Review AI processing details in the privacy policy before using it. Opening a draft shares the reviewed contents with your chosen email app. You send it yourself.
