Free Sales Email Signature Template

Give a prospect a clear way to identify you and continue the conversation. Start with a simple sales signature, then add only the contact details you want recipients to use.

Free to edit and copy. No signup or API key needed.

The editor starts with fictional example details. Replace them before copying.

Use the editor

Your signature, ready to paste.

1. Add your details

Only your name is required. Leave anything else blank.

Already have a booking page? Add its public link.

2. Choose a layout

Keep your signature

Save one signature to your Ask Quokka account. Saving is optional; copying still works without an account. Your saved copy is private to you.

3. Preview & copy

The exported signature uses a white background. Your email app may adjust its appearance in dark mode.

Use Copy signature for Gmail and Outlook. HTML is for editors that accept source code.

You choose what gets saved.

Building and copying run in your browser. Your details are sent to Ask Quokka only if you explicitly save them to your signed-in account.

Keep track of the conversation.

Ask Quokka builds your CRM from connected Gmail, Google Calendar and imported records.

Adapt the sales signature

  1. 1. Make your role clear

Replace the example with the name, role and company you actually use. A reader should be able to tell who is writing without opening a website.

  2. 2. Choose contact routes

Keep the email address and add a phone number only if you want prospects to call it. Optional fields can stay blank.

  3. 3. Replace the example booking link

Use a public booking URL you already own. The example.com link is fictional; the generator does not create a calendar or booking page.

  4. 4. Copy and test

Copy the formatted signature into your email app, then send yourself a test. Check that your contact and booking links lead to the intended destinations.

A complete example

Fictional names, companies and contact details. Replace them before use. This is the same starting example used by the editor.

Keep the next step simple

One booking link is easier to review than several competing calls to action. Put the actual purpose of your email in the message, above the signature.

Avoid unsupported badges

Add only titles, affiliations and credentials that are accurate. This example does not imply a customer relationship or endorsement.

Questions

Can I use my existing scheduler?

Yes. Paste its public URL into Booking link. AskQuokka's signature editor does not require a particular scheduling provider.

Does branding have to be included?

No. Made with AskQuokka is optional and off by default. Your booking link works independently.

Will this improve email delivery?

No signature layout guarantees delivery. Use the domain checks for public email authentication and the content checker for writing issues; neither predicts inbox placement.

Building and copying run in this browser tab. Only an explicit account save sends your signature details to AskQuokka. Nothing is installed in your email app automatically.
