1. Identify the business and sender
Add the business name customers know, your name and your role. A shared team mailbox can use a team name in place of a person.
2. Choose a reply route
Replace the example email address with a monitored address. Add a phone number only if it is appropriate for customer calls.
3. Keep details consistent
Use the same spelling and public website across your team's signatures. Each person should check their own contact details before copying.
4. Install each copy
Copy the signature into each person's email settings. This generator does not centrally install or synchronise signatures across a team.
A complete example
Fictional names, companies and contact details. Replace them before use. This is the same starting example used by the editor.

Avoid a crowded footer
Use the signature for identity and contact details. Put temporary promotions, opening-hour changes or important instructions in the message itself.
Share a starting point carefully
A saved signature belongs to the signed-in account. Copying a layout for a colleague still needs their own details and installation.
Questions
Can our whole team use this?
Yes. Each person can build and copy their own version. The public editor does not manage team-wide deployment.
Is a phone number required?
No. Only the name field is required. Leave optional details blank when they are not useful.
Does it cost anything to copy?
No. Creating and copying need no account, payment details or API key. Account saving is optional.
Building and copying run in this browser tab. Only an explicit account save sends your signature details to AskQuokka. Nothing is installed in your email app automatically.
