When to use this template
Use meeting notes as a working record during a conversation. Capture the points that matter for the next step. Keep what someone said separate from your interpretation, and mark questions that still need an answer. Turn confirmed commitments into actions with owners.
Make it useful for your meeting
1. Add enough context to find the notes
Name the meeting, participants and goal. Use a title you will recognise later. Add links to relevant documents in the copy you keep in your own workspace.
2. Capture the useful details
Write short points under the relevant topic. Keep exact wording when it matters and identify the speaker. Do not turn a suggestion or an unanswered question into a confirmed fact.
3. Keep questions and actions separate
Put unknowns in the open questions section. Record confirmed actions with an owner and date. Ask for clarification before the meeting ends if the responsibility is unclear.
4. Download the version you need to keep
The editor keeps notes in this tab only. Download a copy before leaving or reloading. Share relevant notes with participants through your normal tools, after checking names, claims and commitments.

Follow-up: Jordan will ask who can review the screenshots. Check before sharing: Confirm the wording of the action and its deadline with Sam.

Are the notes saved to my account?
